Every other job board works for employers. This one works for you.
YYC Jobs covers the whole Calgary metro, Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, Chestermere, all of it. Whatever you're looking for, if it's hiring in Calgary, we're trying to find it.
Every listing comes straight from the employer's own careers page and is human reviewed before it goes live. We pull daily from local government, healthcare, and post-secondary employers, and hundreds of other local employers across tech, energy, construction, healthcare, and everything in between.
Most of the big job boards make money whether or not you actually find a job. They get paid per click, paid to rank a listing higher regardless of fit, or they sell candidate data to recruiters. That's not evil, it's just a different business, built for a different customer. We built this for the person actually looking for work, not the click count.
So here's what that actually looks like
Job hunting already feels like enough of a fight. We didn't want to be another obstacle in it. We built this because we know how hard it can be. We see you and we're rooting for you!
