What You'll Be Doing • Manage parts inventory by tracking stock levels, ordering materials, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. • Process parts and equipment orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and effective coordination with suppliers and vendors. • Provide excellent customer service by assisting internal and external customers with identifying, sourcing, and obtaining required parts. • Maintain and utilize computerized inventory management systems to track inventory, orders, sales, and parts information. • Support daily operations by loading and unloading parts with a forklift, coordinating parts pickups and deliveries, and managing fuel orders. • Maintain maintenance records and files, track and record fuel usage, review vehicle and equipment pre-trip inspections, and ensure all documentation is accurately completed and properly filed.

What Are We Looking For • Knowledge of parts management, inventory control, purchasing processes, and warehouse operations. • Ability to identify, source, and support automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery parts and components. • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to effectively support employees, vendors, and customers. • Proficiency with inventory management software, computerized parts systems, and related computer applications; TMT experience is considered an asset. • Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking abilities, with the capability to safely perform physical duties including lifting materials and handling inventory.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
